Section 24
Disposition versions
24. Any ride shall be designed so as to prevent the carrier from making translatory or rotary movements when it is at a standstill in the loading or unloading area or be equipped, to this effect, with a parking brake.
This section does not apply to a carrier composed of a suspended seat.
